I provide individual psychotherapy, consultations, and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults.  I also work with athletes and those involved with sports.  A big believer in technology, I am willing to work remotely and see many clients through Zoom.  Areas of specialization include:

Fees:  My fee is $250/hour and I provide a sliding scale.  I do not take insurance, but I will happily provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if possible.

I love working with teams and work groups.  As the former consulting psychologist to the Department of Athletics at UCSB, I consulted with teams, gave presentations, and helped on pre-game focus and attention.  I'm always interested in partnerships with teams, school groups, and parenting organizations.  Services include:
